I have been working exclusively within global healthcare sector for two decades and have had the pleasure of working in healthcare organisations across the world. During my career, I have been fortunate enough to work with some of the brightest minds across the world. A common success factor that I have found across all these regions is that developing deep, mutually respectful working relationships with those in your teams is essential.
I have worked in a range of healthcare focused organisations, from my first company which was an innovative medical device company through to working for PwC in Australia. I have also held several public health roles including NHS and Primary Health Care Corporation in Qatar. I have led and worked on several large healthcare transformation programmes. My passion is working on innovative healthcare-focused projects that improve patient outcomes. I am particularly interested in how digital health can improve the health sector.
Having had the opportunity to learn and work alongside the best people in the healthcare industry, I have decided that now is the right time for me to work independently, to allow me to create my own vision. As a result of my global experience, I have created a vast network of associate healthcare experts. If you require an expert in a particular field of healthcare which lies outside my area of expertise, I would be more than happy to connect you to someone within my network.
My guiding principles include working with teams that are transparent and have a real passion for healthcare and innovation. Collaboration has also been a key factor in teams that I have enjoyed working with in the past and one that I will continue to seek, in future project teams.
I have been interested in healthcare innovation ever since my first role, when I was working for a start-up company that was developing an innovative needle-free injector. I decided to name my company 'A2' after my two daughters, Alesha and Amber.
